Dr. Corinne Etchison received her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University in Human Science where she was also a member of the division I women’s lacrosse team. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wheeling University.

Dr. Corinne is a certified functional dry needling specialist through Evidence in Motion. Corinne is focused on a career in developing in the sports medicine field through strength and conditioning and manual therapy.

Being a collegiate athlete herself, Corinne is extremely passionate about sports medicine with previous experience at Goucher College where she was treating a variety of sports and athletes. She has also had experience working with the top athletes in the sport of women’s lacrosse through the Athlete’s Unlimited Women’s Pro Lacrosse League.

Being a runner herself, Corinne enjoys treating runners of all ages and educating individuals on the importance of well-rounded strength training and recovery in order to reach their full potential.

Dr. Jonathan Furrs is a Sports Physical Therapist and Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) at Will Power PT. Treating athletes and individuals across the lifespan, he has extensive experience helping individuals perform stronger, faster, and longer to achieve their specific performance goals.

Originally from Kaiserslautern, Germany, Dr. Furrs hails from Anne Arundel County from where he completed his Undergraduate Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park obtaining his Bachelors in Kinesiology. He then went on to achieve his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore where he is an adjunct faculty member teaching the next generation of providers.

As an avid runner, soccer and tennis player, and general fitness enthusiast, Dr. Furrs is intimately familiar with how injury can impact performance. Employing dry needling as a Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT), having the capacity to build custom orthotics as a Vasyli Certified provider, and utilizing the latest and best evidence, Dr. Furrs is a hip, knee and ankle expert. Dr. Furrs has built a long standing relationship with clients and doctors in the greater Baltimore area.

Owner of Will Power PT, recognized as Baltimore’s Best Physical Therapy in 2022 and runner-up in 2023 and 2024, Dr. Will brings extensive expertise in treating professional athletes across the NFL, CFL, NBA, PLL, MLS, MLB, and MMA, as well as Division I collegiate and high school athletes. She specializes in treating overuse injuries, ACL and post-surgical rehabilitation, and managing pain during competition. Dr. Will serves as the Performance and Recovery Coach for Calvert Hall College Varsity Lacrosse and has collegiate coaching experience as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Loyola University’s Division I Men’s Lacrosse (2021–2023). She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Olympic Weightlifting Coach (USAW), and Sports Performance Specialist (XPS), blending manual therapy with strength and conditioning and active recovery principles to optimize athletic performance and injury prevention.

Additionally, Dr. Will is a certified pelvic physical therapist (ICE) specializing in prenatal and postpartum care, supporting women through pregnancy-related challenges such as back pain, pelvic instability, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor weakness. She is passionate about empowering women through exercise and welcomed her daughter Finley in December 2024.

Dr. Will is committed to treating the whole athlete. For some student-athletes, the psychological response to injury can unmask mental health issues. In addition to rehab, she connects club sports teams with health care professionals to benefit youth athletics. Will Power PT is the preferred PT partner of FCA Girls Club Lacrosse program. Dr. Will acts as the primary contact for FCA families at the time of injury following tournament or game play.

Dr. Will is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Baltimore, serves on the Notre Dame Prep Alumnae Board, Ulman Foundation Medical Board, The Hidden Opponent Medical Board and contributes to local charitable organizations including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, One Love Foundation and Morgan’s Message.

Dr. Jason Lawrence, PT, DPT, CSCS, Sports and Performance Physical Therapist

Dr. Lawrence grew up in Harford County, Maryland, where he developed his love for athletics through years of competitive lacrosse. He went on to attend McDaniel College, earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology while continuing his lacrosse career at the collegiate level. His passion for human movement and performance ultimately led him to the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Throughout his career, Dr. Lawrence has focused on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and high-level performance. He has most recently had the privilege of working with members of the United States Air Force, helping active-duty personnel optimize movement efficiency, resilience, and readiness.

Dr. Lawrence holds certifications in Functional Dry Needling, Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). His approach integrates movement analysis, manual therapy, and strength-based rehabilitation to address underlying dysfunction and drive long-term results.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lawrence enjoys golfing, staying active in his own training, taking his dog for long walks, and spending weekends at the beach with his wife.

Driven by her personal passion for daily lifting, running, and competitive sports, she utilizes a dedicated one-on-one care model to help patients build the long-term durability and resilience needed to train safely, prevent injury, and move without limitation.

Dr. Jones has extensive hands-on experience across both sports and orthopedic settings, ranging from leading comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments in outpatient clinics to directing advanced field-sport rehabilitation. Blending progressive strength training with evidence-based manual therapy, she focuses on empowering field athletes, runners, and weightlifters to move confidently and achieve peak performance. During her doctorate studies, she served as the Director of Communications for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) Student Special Interest Group, organizing clinical case reviews and advanced technique seminars to stay at the forefront of orthopedic care.
